Afternoon High Tea

Guests are served a traditional afternoon high tea complete with finger sandwiches, homemade scones and cream and petite pastries.

 

Plated

Guests are individually served fully prepared dishes, restaurant style. In most cases two different entrées, main courses and desserts are served alternatively.

 

Cocktail Style

Waiters circulate the ballroom area, offering guests a variety of light canapés showcasing local produce

 

Optional Extras

Cheese Platters: Treat your guests to a selection of local and imported cheese platters.

Chocolate Fountains: Indulge in delectable liquid chocolate with a selection of fruits to dip into.
