Offering modern Australian cuisine served as a la carte or degustation menus with specially selected local and imported wines. 

The main dining room of Darley’s restaurant seats up to 50 people and features two open ornate fireplaces, stunning leadlight windows, crystal chandeliers, luxurious designer wall prints, evocative artworks and plush furnishings that speak of style and grace.

Darley’s is a multi-award winning restaurant (2018, 2017,2016, 2015, 2014) inducted in the Australian Hotels Association Hall of Fame for Best Regional Restaurant in 2010 and more recently won the Tourism Accommodation Association NSW Awards for Excellence Regional Restaurant of the Year for 2013.

Terms and Conditions:

Weekends and Public Holiday: A set price of 5 courses at $135 per person applies.

Booking of 5 and under: A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to your booking. Please contact the hotel up to 48 hours prior to your booking date to avoid the associated charges.

Group bookings: For bookings of 6 or more people we will require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the expected bill total. This will be processed on the credit card supplied at the time of booking. A 7 day cancellation policy applies to your booking, please contact the hotel up to 7 days prior to your booking date to avoid the associated charges.

Cancellation charges: If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify your booking within the cancellation time, or do not arrive on your specified booking date then a full cancellation penalty of $95 per person during weekdays and $125 per person on Saturday nights, public holidays & long weekends will apply.
