Darley’s Restaurant at Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort and Spa has been awarded Regional Restaurant of the Year at the 2008 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Awards.
It is the first time Executive Chef Hugh Whitehouse has been with a restaurant that has won this prestigious award which put Darley’s head-to-head with some of the finest restaurants in Sydney as well as regional Australia. The reputation at Darley’s continues to grow having also recently won the best regional restaurant category at the Australian Hotel Association (NSW) awards, Best Restaurant at the Hotel Management Awards, as well as being ranked an impressive 56th in Gourmet Traveller Magazine’s Top 100 list.
Darley’s is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and for Brunch and Lunch on Sunday’s.
