The Grill is situated within the main Country House of Lilianfels and offers a relaxed ambiance that is popular with neighbouring locals and hotel guests alike. The casual steakhouse-style restaurant offers a carnivorous-skewed menu and has earned a reputation for serving the best steaks in the Blue Mountains.
Choose from a thick cut ribeye, tender sirloin or decadent wagyu and allow Chef Stephan Tseng to masterfully prepare your preferred cut on the char-grill. A weekly special such as beef bourguignon or wintry stewed lamb shank complete the meaty menu however, substantial options for vegetarian-favored palates are also available.
