Invigorate your delegates prior, during and after your conference. 

A healthy team is often a more productive team, encourage your delegates to make the most of their personal health and well being through one of Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa morning and break activities. 

Spa Treatments

The Spa at Lilianfels is a sacred space of care and serenity where guests are encouraged to discover their natural state of peace and calmness.  Let built up stress melt away, experience exquisite spa treatments and be truly pampered by our highly trained therapists.  The Spa is able to offer a wide range of treatments throughout your conference at Lilianfels.

Enjoy soothing massages including Swedish, Kahuna (Hawaiian) and Tibetan Temple, lavish body scrubs like our Mandarin, Lime and Cranberry, or keep it simple and discover the healing and therapeutic effects of a blissful bath.
A treat for every god or goddess!  Later step into our dry sauna, steam room or spa and emerge renewed.

Charges vary depending on treatment time and type.  Our treatment rooms allow 4 treatments per half hour for larger groups, plus consultation time.

**Groups staying during Sunday-Thursday are offered a 20% discount on all spa treatments**


Tai Chi

The ancient martial art form of Tai Chi is renowned for its relaxing and revitalising qualities. It is a perfect way to begin or complete a day of conference activities and can be performed in the tranquil surrounds of the gardens at Lilianfels.

Classes in Tai Chi can range from 20 minutes to one hour, depending upon your requirements and are suitable for both small and large groups of all fitness levels.

Yoga

As with Tai Chi, Yoga is a calming but energising start or finish to the day.

Yoga sessions are also ideal as a break out activity for conferences, allowing delegates to stretch and revive in a relaxing environment.

Yoga classes generally require 45 minutes to one hour.

Meditation

Meditation commonly associated with the Buddhist culture, is a state of consciousness where you allow yourself to free your mind from scattered thoughts and various patterns. 

Free your delegates’ minds from life’s distractions, an ideal way to begin your conference. 

Suitable for both small and large groups.

Bush Walk

Give your delegates an uplifting experience whilst they discover the wonders of the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains. 

Allow your experienced tour guide to take you on a brisk walk along the cliff tops providing your delegates with an insight into the mountain’s heritage and its early Australian culture, returning you back to Lilianfels in time for breakfast. Bush walks require one hour and are suitable for small and large groups.
